Colwick Hall is a hugely popular wedding venue with many weekends booked this year and next. With its highly impressive south facing Palladian style façade and landscaped gardens and fountains, it is ideal for your most treasured photographs on the day. A truly memorable day at Colwick Hall

 

Colwick Hall is licensed for civil ceremonies in 1776 The Grand Ballroom, Lakeside Pavilion and DeColwyck. The hotel can seat up to 500 people in theatre style.

 

You will need to contact the Registrar up to a year in advance of your wedding date and confirm availability. There are a range of wedding services on offer through our partnered suppliers whom you may contact - see Wedding Services. Our wedding coordinator will assist you in ensuring your day goes to plan.

If you wish to hold your marriage ceremony at Colwick Hall Hotel you must telephone the Registrar to check availability. By law only the Registrar can book your marriage ceremony the and without two Registrars your marriage cannot take place. Until you contact the Registrar you have only booked the room at Colwick Hall Hotel, not the marriage ceremony.

 

If the Registrars are not already committed they will be happy to take a booking from you, however availability cannot be guaranteed. The Registrar will not accept a booking for your marriage ceremony unless you are legally free to marry, i.e. neither of you is awaiting a Final and Absolute Divorce Decree.
